I'm a Thai Guy
So, I freaking love Thai food. It is safe to say that it is my favorite. It's Vee's favorite too and today we both had the strongest craving for it. We called up a couple friends we hadn't seen in a while and invited them to meet us at one of our favorite Thai places in town. We got there at about 3:30 and found out that it had closed after lunch and would open again at 5:00. We were so crushed, because we got ourselves so excited to eat there and we're also chubby, so food cravings have an effect on us when we are let down. Vee called our buddies to tell them we would have to find a new place to meet when the owner of the restaurant came out and told us to come in and take a seat. Vee told him she thought they were closed and he said they were, but that he would cook for us! This place is always busy, so I know he didn't do that just to get extra business. Every time I've been there he has been super nice and this just showed that he really cares about having happy customers who will return because of the great service. So, we had a great lunch with our friends today, with the restaurant all to ourselves.
Also kick ass today, my mom gave us her piano, because her new husband has a baby grand. A free piano! Kick ass! I want to sand it and paint it this spring so that it matches the rest of the house. Everything else in the living room is Ikea brown. lol
Gahd. . . it's after 4 am. What the hell am I still doing up?
I'm checkin out now.

Man, Thai food and a piano in one day? You fortuitous bastard! I'm lucky if I get a Lunchable and two sticks to bang together.
